Criannan is a 3-bedroomed 1920's bungalow, recently modernised and generously furnished to a very high standard, and tastefully decorated with original art work and studio pottery. Many original features have been retained such as the stripped-pine internal doors, and the property is fully carpeted except for the kitchen. There is adjustable
gas-fired central heating with radiators in all rooms, and hardwood double-glazed windows.

SECOND BEDROOM | the blue room, with king size (5') double bed, wardrobe, chest, bookcase, lamps and bedside cabinets.
THIRD BEDROOM | the yellow room, with standard size (4' 6") double bed, wardrobe, chest, bookcase, lamps and bedside cabinet.
All the bedrooms are extremely cosy and are comfortably furnished with electric blankets, pure cotton bedlinen and high quality duvets and pillows. Towels are provided for each guest. Hair dryers are provided in each room.
BATHROOM | with large walk-in shower cubicle and washbasin. Separate toilet.
DINING ROOM | with dining table and six chairs, small breakfast bar/table.
KITCHEN | adjoins the dining room and is well-equipped with electric oven, gas hob, microwave and integrated dishwasher. Full range of appliances incuding Senseo espresso coffee maker.
