BOOKING

The weekly rental for 2008 is:

• HIGH SEASON | £500

during school holidays in July and August 2008, and also
over the Easter week-end and late May bank holiday,

• MID SEASON | £425

at other times from 17th May to 27th September 2008

• LOW SEASON | £325

Special rates are available for Easter. Please call me for further information.

The rental period is for a minumum of 1 week, from Saturday to Saturday, except over Easter and in low season when we can be more flexible. Also, we offer a 3-night low season week-end break for £185 plus £30 per extra night.

The beds all have duvets. Bedlinen and towels are provided. The rental price includes gas and electricity.

There is a telephone that accepts all incoming calls, but permits outgoing local and emergency calls only.

Restrictions: we are sorry, but no smoking, and no pets. We regret we do not have facilities for babies and young children, but children over the age of 7 years are welcome.

We request that you pay a 20% non-refundable deposit to confirm your booking, and that you pay the balance four weeks before your arrival date. Please make your cheque payable to me, Sue Armstrong, and send to the address below.
