BOOKING

The weekly rental for 20xx is:

• HIGH SEASON | £xx

From xx July to xx September 20xx, and also
over the Easter week-end and late May bank holiday,

• MID SEASON | £xx

At other times from xx March to xx September 20xx

• LOW SEASON | £xx

Special rates are available for Easter. Please call me for further information.

The rental period is for a minumum of 1 week, from Saturday to Saturday, except over Easter and in low season when we can be more flexible.

The beds all have duvets. Bedlinen and towels are provided. The rental price includes gas and electricity.

There is a telephone that accepts all incoming calls, but permits outgoing local and emergency calls only.

Restrictions: we are sorry, but no smoking, and no pets. We regret we do not have facilities for babies and young children, but children over the age of 7 years are welcome.

We request that you pay a 20% deposit to confirm your booking (non-refundable except in special circumstances) and that you pay the balance four weeks before your arrival date. Please make your cheque payable to me, Sue Armstrong, and send to the address below.
